I bought this bed fro my daughter's dachshund as I hear they love to burrow. He adores this bed! The small size is perfect for her 14 pound dog. After doing his own "remodeling" and removing the plastic rod that holds the bed open, he has a soft flap that he usually hides under with only the tip of his nose sticking out. Very durable and long lasting. (Posted on 1/15/11)
