Shipping Information 

How quickly are items shipped? 
Most items are ready to ship within same to 5 business days. Some customized item(s) can take slightly longer. We ship FedEx Ground. We ask that you provide a physical house or business address and NOT a PO Box number. It is a good idea to always include a daytime phone number. If you need an item for a special event or within a particular time frame please call our office and we will work to schedule shipment to meet your needs!

Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.? 
Free shipping only applies to items shipped within the continental United States? Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, PR, Canada, Europe and elsewhere would be handled on a case by case basis with shipping charges to apply based on the carrier serving your particular region. We cannot ship to APO boxes. 

Shipping, is it really free? 
Absolutely, within the continental U.S. (Except Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) 


Returns and Refunds: 
We understand that buying items online can be a difficult task. That's why we offer that any stocked item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund of its cost. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund. We can not take an item that has been returned that has pet hair or drewl. We always advise to cover your new bed or carseat with a sheet to see if the size is correct for your pet. 

Please contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. It's always a good idea to insure the return for its full value to protect yourself. Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. 
Once your return is on its way, please email the Tracking Number to: admin@SnoozerPetBeds.com. This helps us to keep an eye on the product and to properly credit your return. After your return is received and inspected, we inform you and duly credit the card used to make your purchase. We're sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.


Cancellations: Customers may cancel any stock order at least 24 hours before it ships. Orders that are refused at the time of delivery without prior approval will be assessed with the refusal fee as well as return shipping.
